How NOT to spend RM9.50

First of all, farewell to Kim who left us last Saturday to pursue her studies in Australia. You've been such a blessing to us, with your addictive whacko personality and character, it's hard to leave you out of any yum char sessions. We pray that you'll use your gifts and talents to impact and bless the people around you, and always remember that God and all of us back here love you very much and will be behind you in everything you go through. (Of course, the same applies to everyone who has left and who are still in Ipoh).

OK, now back to the topic. It's all Yee Cheong's fault. Why on earth did you suggest playing that stupid map? 4 hours of non-stop, mindless 2 on 1's man...

Yeah I'm talking about DoTA OMG version. Basically like the original DoTA, but every spawned hero now sports random skills that are taken from any other characters, usually all 4 taken from 4 other heroes. If you are very lucky, you would get a good combination of game-owning active spells, which in one game, I had a hero with Gush, Storm Bolt and Chain Lightning. Talk about ouch man. Unless it's a strength hero, with a small mana pool. Then you're still as good as dead.

But if you are very unlucky, you might get a range with 4 passives, maybe Bash, Evasion, Vampiric Aura, and Reincarnation. In this case, you are better off fighting the neutral creeps, or just die quickly to get another hero with more active spells. And if it's an Intel hero, then you'd best be playing Zuma.

Another problem is when I had 3 active spells with the same hotkey. So when I clicked on the hotkey, nothing happens sometimes. The next thing I know, I'm waiting for a new hero to respawn. What a great game.

I reiterate again, it's all Yee Cheong's fault. RM9.50 down the drain in just 4 hours. Could've had Breeze nuggets. Could've had 2 plates of kai pa fan at Fok Sing. Could've done so many other things with my RM9.50. Why oh why did this happen??

Because the map was really fun to play. Darn it! Talk about trying to improve self-control. I failed miserably.
